Confidential agreement could be signed on requirement. |
- Real time stenography on site shall be engaged at least one day in advance.
- Delivery within 6 hours since the audio or video record was received by us will be charged as “urgent delivery”, which will be charged extra 20 RMB Yuan per hour.
- Cancellation will be charged by 30% of the agreed total sum if it happens after our stenography has been already on the way to the site.
- Specific issues not appropriately dealt with by this quotation shall be negotiated between cooperative parties.

- Stenography services in other foreign languages mainly refer to stenography according to audio/video record (and translation on requirement). The maximum workload of foreign language audio/video for us is 6 hours per day, and the document can be delivered within 36 hours. If it exceeds 6 hours, we’ll try our best to deliver in a shortest period of time.
- We set our prices between two figures because the final price will be agreed subject to the difficulty of work and language involved.
- The words will be calculated according to Chinese characters. (WORD_>Tool_>word acount_>Character（blank excepted）)
- Specific issues not appropriately dealt with by this quotation shall be negotiated between cooperative parties.
